Johan van Wensen – WensWare Solutions

Johan van Wensen has had a long and broad career in both international, commercial business and non-profit organizations. He started his career in ICT, then gained fifteen years of management experience in the recreational, transportation and AGF industries and is now working as an independent professional. With the experience he has gained in all these years, he can support you perfectly: in the practical field with ICT solutions and in the personnel field with, among other things, corporate culture changes and as a confidential advisor.

Unique sense of humor as a unifying element

When you talk to Johan, you notice it immediately: his unique sense of humor. That humor brings lightness and playfulness to complex situations and makes challenging circumstances more bearable. Our history

WensWare Solutions sees the light of day. Taking the subway to the Chamber of Commerce and getting the company registered. With different names, because we have plenty of plans! But first start as a Word and Excel specialist. Because the latter in particular, so I’ve had experience with that for 28 years now. Combine this with programming and a golden future seems to be in store.

Despair. Sometimes this makes mastery of you. Very meager yield for six months now. What to do. The bottom of the bank account is very visible, so much longer I can’t keep it dry. This makes for an even better story, which I would be happy to tell you over a cup of coffee. In any case, the thrust was: I’M NOT GOING TO BE EMPLOYED ANYMORE! 

Less than a week later, a very nice assignment, for an extended period of time, comes my way.

A 5-year celebration! With my first client, Rotterdam Undocumented Persons Support Center Foundation, the  anniversary of 5 years of cooperation. Very happy that I have been able to assist them with ICT issues for so long to both their satisfaction.

WensWare Solutions is moving! Quite a step. As a Rotterdam native, a Westerner, to the far east of the Netherlands. Oldenzaal is the new home location and what a fantastic setting. The woods and wilderness have beckoned for many years, but now it has come. Hopefully, the Twente people can give this Rotterdam man a little bit many.

In the 30 years that I now have my work in ICT, whether salaried or self-employed, either as an employee or as a manager, I have seen a lot of people and companies. Since I am also a social type, which is a special trait in ICT, the plan was born to make this available to my clients as well. The branches of “Confidant” and “Corporate Culture Gnome” are added to the portfolio of WensWare Solutions.
